Another Shot in the Perfect Direction

London Ontario has become the front line in the economic war being waged on the Canadian citizen. A lockout has been launched with the intent of busting the union. Caterpillar Inc is demanding a 50% pay cut, and the end of pensions and benefits, reducing employee wages to levels not seen since the 1970s.

But that isn’t bad enough. This particular corporation received a 1 billion dollar tax credit from the federal government as an incentive to stay and retool their factories. Instead they steal the money and plan to ship jobs out of the country.

Support our brothers and sisters and blacklist Caterpillar and their dealers. This isn’t about unions, this is about decency. Before you make any snide comments about workers and labour ask your self this. Would you accept a 50% pay cut?

Would you accept $1,000,000,000 of your tax dollars being handed over to a corporation only to ship your community’s jobs out of country?

It’s time we made these criminals pay.
